How are my travel companions going to be?
We can say that our tours are for everyone, gays and lesbians their friends and family looking to relax, have fun and enrich your personal experience through contact with other peoples and cultures.
How are the different travel styles?
Usually our Active trips include about 50% of physical activity, be it trekking, biking, or whatever it is included on your particular tour. As for Comfort and Stylish trips, these have a more relaxed itinerary but include many optional physical activities for the more activity-minded traveler.
How many people participate on a tour?
In any organized trip, the smaller the group the more personal the experience. You can pay more attention to details when you travel with no hurry, you have more time to appreciate what you see. It is important to have time to enjoy the extraordinary settings we can offer you. The number of persons participating may change with the style of trip you choose, but it will never be more than 12.
What about traveling solo?
All our trips are a combination of single travelers and couples, but the majority travel alone. In case you wish to share a room we can set you up with another traveler who also wishes to share. Please keep in mind that if no other single traveler wishes to share a room, the single supplement will have to be charged. The selection for room sharing is a careful one, considering age and social preferences. If you preference is for privacy you can guarantee a single room for the whole trip by paying the single supplement.
I have never traveled in a gay group, is it safe?
Our Travellers are sophisticated people who understand and accept different cultures, religions and philosophies from around the world. As a group, we rarely gather any unwanted attention wherever we are. Our foreign partners abroad are totally aware of what we want, and in countries where some discretion is advised they make sure all measures are taken to ensure a safe trip
Can it get to be somewhat saturating?
In our exclusive tours the purpose is to give you the opportunity to share experiences and see the world with other people who are also gay.
An organized tour will take time off?
Of course yes! We organize our tours in a classic fashion, with a programmed itinerary, but we want you to feel comfortable to do whatever you want to, be it much or little, with or without the group. You have all the options.
I have special dietary needs. Are they going to be considered?
If you are on a special diet, please tell us about it when you make the reservation. We will try our best to satisfy your needs, but in some destinations this may prove difficult. Tell us about your dietary restrictions and we will recommend you the best option.

All prices are per person, in Euros, based on double adult occupancy, and include accommodation and all services indicated in the program, unless otherwise specified. The airfare and optional tours are usually not included, you can consult this information in the program description. Do I have to book the air tickets with Free Travellers?
We have not included the airfare cost on the trip to allow you the flexibility to come and go when and how you want. Many of our travelers use their frequent flyer program miles or make plans for pre and post travel, and so prefer to manage their own booking. In any case, we are always available to find the best solution for your flight booking.
Can I extend my stay?
Sure you can. Spending a few days at the destination before or after the cruise gives you more time to get over the Jet Lag or to visit any city of your interest. We can book you a hotel for these days, just ask us.
Is there any advantage on making an early booking?
An early booking will give you a greater choice of tours available and also allows you to take advantage of special rates.
Do you organize customized trips for singles, couples, and small groups of friends?
Yes, we organize customized trips for all sorts of people and all kinds of groups. We will gladly customize a trip for any number of travelers and help you plan your itinerary on any destination according to your preferences. We require a service fee, non-refundable, in order to initiate the research for all the necessary services. This fee will be discounted on the final value of the trip.
How will I get my travel documents?
Together with the confirmation you will receive all indications, your documents will be sent by E-mail three weeks before your trip. You will receive detailed information about the trip as well as electronic tickets and vouchers. You will only need to print them in order to take them with you.
What are the conditions of my trip?
The Terms and Conditions are required as part of the contract between raveller and agency. Your reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit of 40% of the total value at the time of booking, the remaining 60% must be paid 30 or 60 days before departure, depending on the supplier. The moment you request your booking, you must read and accept the terms and conditions presented. If you do not your booking may be canceled.

Which payment options do I have?
See the travel payment option we have available for you. We accept MasterCard and Visa for deposits and require final payment by bank transfer. If you want to make the final payment by credit card, it is possible for an additional fee.
Will I need a passport or visa?
Very important! Please read carefully the information about passport and visa requirements for entry to certain countries. To embark out of European Community it is required to have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel and an entry visa to visit the country, if that is the case. It is your responsibility to obtain the relevant visas and take all necessary documents with you at the time of boarding. Children and infants should also be carrying a passport. Will I need vaccines or any particular prophylaxis?
When countries to visit so require you must have you vaccines up to date as well as an international immunization card. For health information and up to date vaccinations we recommend a traveler’s medical consultation or visiting the HEALTH PORTAL
Can I change a name on a reservation?
The name can be changed once with a cost of 70 € per person. If the name of the person responsible for the booking has to be changed, a document must be completed to change both the current responsible as well as the person to whom the responsibility is being transferred. Requests must be made at least 30 days before the departure date.
Can I change a tour?
If you feel the need to make changes to your trip, just contact us. We will always try to find a solution. Changing flights can be a little harder and will probably imply an additional fee, as in other contracted services to which some alteration fees may apply.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel the booking at any time, taking into account the information about expenses specified in the terms and conditions. These expenses may vary depending on the destination, the supplier, the booked airfares and the notice of cancellation.

Our trips include a care insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the trip. A cancellation insurance is not mandatory but is recommended to protect in case you are unable to travel and be subject to the corresponding cancellation costs. If you choose to purchase additional insurance with your insurance provider remember to make all the questions to make sure they have the necessary coverage during and after your trip
What are the limits of liability of Free Travellers?

The traveler agrees that we shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expenses caused by any improper act originated by the traveler.

What do I need to book a cruise?
You must indicate the destination, the cruise of your choice, the number of people traveling with you and the type of cabin you want (interior, exterior, suite, etc.).
What if I travel alone?
In exclusively gay cruises you will have a unique experience and the opportunity to meet other women or men, to share, to socialize and feel completely free. The availability of single cabins on board is very limited, so upon booking you must indicate if you are interested in sharing a cabin. If so we will join you with another traveler who also manifests the same interest. Almost half of our clients travel alone, so we do everything possible for this process to be easy and for you to feel good during the trip. Selection for sharing room is done carefully taking into account age, tastes and social preferences,like smoking and non-smoking

There are designated smoking areas easily accessible to respect who does not smoke and vice versa. Smoking in the dining room, the lounge, the concert hall and in most enclosed areas is prohibited. Smoking in most individual cabins and on the starboard side of the ship is allowed.

We try to accommodate customers with special needs whenever possible, however we must consider the following conditions:
• Any physical or mental disability that requires special treatment or attention must be reported to Free Travellers when making your reservation.
• We preserve the right not to accept the participation of those who, in our opinion, present a physical or mental condition that makes the normal course of travel impossible or whose care needs go beyond what Free Travellers can provide.
• We also preserve the right to refuse participation in certain activities based on past or present conditions.
• Any disabled person must be self-sufficient and must travel accompanied by someone who can provide any required assistance during the journey or in the case of an emergency.
• Customers who use wheelchairs must hold their own chair, which must be small and foldable. Some areas may not be accessed with a wheelchair.
